This adds to the number of tour operators, managers and tour guides needed in the resorts as well as reservation managers and travel agents required all over the world.

The global tourism industry is currently experiencing a boom, recording huge growth with new agencies opening to meet demand. In light of this, a staff shortage is evident in the industry and the Perth Institute graduates are in demand.

Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales)

‘The world is your oyster’ with this course! Students can use their skills and expertise to create an escape from everyday life. This course offers an introduction to tourism with units on travel agency operations, including constructing international airfares, processing air documentation and performing office procedures. It also covers Virgin Atlantic Fares & Ticketing I and II (airline qualification for the construction of international airfares) and Amadeus (Computerised Reservation System).

We offer internationally recognised travel and tourism qualifications. Not only will you recieve our qualification but you will revieve the following training:

• Virgin Atlantic Fares and Ticketing I and II
• Amadeus Computerised Reservation System

These may allow students to work as a travel consultant anywhere in the world.
