Certificate IV in Hospitality

Certificate IV students study a combined program of both Front Office and Food and Beverage, giving them the opportunity to develop their skills and gain a competitive edge by expanding their knowledge and developing excellent career prospects. Students learn a broad understanding of hospitality supervision, with a specific focussing on leadership, finance, health and safety, food and beverage and front office.

Diploma of Hospitality

The Diploma further develops the student's understanding of hospitality management skills and knowledge in areas such as budget, staff, financial control and various laws attributed to the workplace. Student will have the knowledge to become effective managers in hotels, motels and resorts, with a true focus toward quality management.

Advanced Diploma of Hospitality

Completion of an Advanced Diploma specialises in developing in the areas of marketing strategies, human resources, business plans and property management. the student will learn managerial skills to develop and run a hotel.
