Commercial cookery is an integral part of the hospitality industry and offers a wide variety of career options. Perth Institute provides training in the principles and skills of commercial food preparation. The course prepares students to apply a broad range of competencies within a varied work context. Students will do the practical units in a commercial kitchen.
